These terms cover businesses that build apps with the service ("you"). The service lets you design branded apps that show your clients information from your own CRM account. We host the connection. We do not own your data or your clients' data.
You have the right to use the data you connect and your clients' permission to show it to them. You follow the laws on privacy, texting and marketing, and you keep your keys and access secure. You are the publisher of your app, including in any app store.
As shown on the pricing page. Usage-based add-ons are billed at the listed rate. We give 30 days' notice of price changes. You may cancel any time; your apps stop at the end of the paid period.
Add-ons use other providers. Their terms apply to their data. Results are provided as is and are not advice.
No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, no attempts to reach another customer's data, and no abuse of limits. We may suspend an app that puts others at risk.
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous three months.
South Carolina law applies; disputes go to the courts of Lancaster County, South Carolina.
