To delete an app or an account, uninstall it from your CRM, or email group@hhmcustomhome.com from the address on your account. On uninstall we delete the connection, the app and its settings, activity records, push subscriptions and link versions. Short-lived caches expire on their own within hours to 35 days. Billing records we are legally required to keep are kept for the legal period only. Requests are answered within 30 days. Copies already on a client's phone are cleared when the app is removed from the phone.
