Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist in preparing proposals, invoices and pricing.
• Coordinate with workrooms.
• Ensure client needs are managed in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote excellent vendor relations, schedule representatives.
• Place orders, follow up and trouble-shoot.
• Use excellent telephone and written communications skills.
• Organize and maintain sample library.
• Social Media and Marketing skills.

Requirements:
• Administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks and AutoCAD skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and resolution.
• Confidentiality.
• Positive self-starter attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Salary and hours:
• $18.00 per hour.
• Hours are Monday through Friday, working at least 25 hours a week, possibly more. The workday begins at 9 a.m.
